As the Zika outbreak continues to spread in the US, officials in the Northwest are trying to help people protect themselves.

The latest update from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) says that people in Washington state and Idaho who live in areas that are close to the continental US are at increased risk of contracting the Zika infection.

In Oregon, the risk is highest, at one in four, while Washington and Oregon have the lowest rates, with only about one in seven people contracting the virus.

It’s the first time in the continental United States that the CDC has released its latest estimates on Zika, which has spread to more than 600 countries.

There is no definitive evidence yet that Zika is transmitted by mosquitoes.

But the disease can be spread through direct contact with the body fluids of infected people, such as sweat and blood.

There have been more than 30,000 confirmed Zika cases and at least 8,000 deaths, and more than 6 million people have been infected in the United States, according to the CDC.

It is also known as dengue, which can cause serious problems for people with weakened immune systems.

As well as getting a head start, Washington State Department of Health spokeswoman Natalie Rittereiser said that the state had received a lot of information from residents who live and work in areas near the continental border.

In the meantime, the state is providing information to residents on how to protect themselves, she said.

“We have a hotline where people can reach us if they have questions about the situation or if they need to get help,” Rittireiser said.

The hotline is open Monday to Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm, and includes a toll free number.

“People need to know that if they are in areas with Zika transmission, they can get tested and they should not have symptoms until they get tested,” Rippereiser added.

In Washington state, people who contract the virus in areas close to Washington, Oregon and Idaho can get a free vaccine that includes the two shots that are used to protect against dengues.

People who have received the vaccine and live in the affected areas can also get a second shot if they’re found to have dengitis.

However, the vaccine has not been approved for use in the mainland United States.

In fact, there has been no test in the last year.

The outbreak has also hit people in California, Arizona and Washington, as well as Oregon, New Mexico and Idaho.

“There is no vaccine that can protect against Zika and it’s important to be aware that the people who are most vulnerable are people who live on the West Coast, those who are on a farm or ranch or those who live with people who have been exposed to Zika,” Rappiere said.

But there are some steps people can take to protect their health.

People can get vaccinated early and get tested for the virus, which means that they can avoid getting sick if they don’t need to.

“In general, if you don’t have symptoms, you should be able to avoid getting infected,” Riddell said.

In Idaho, people can get the vaccine if they live in an area with Zika in order to reduce their risk of getting dengued.

The state also recommends people stay home from the start of the pandemic if they can.

“Be very aware of where you are and do not travel to areas with dengua,” Raffaelli said.
