The NFL Players Association is expected to file a grievance in California federal court, challenging the league’s new labor laws, a source familiar with the matter told ESPN.

The union had already filed a similar lawsuit in Nevada, where it filed a complaint against the NFL and several teams earlier this year.

The union alleges the league and the clubs illegally unionized players in Nevada during the 2016 season, which resulted in a collective bargaining agreement that was terminated by the players union.

The players union has not commented publicly on the new lawsuit.
